Hello everyone and welcome.. so glad you dropped in.
I would like to start off with a short story of how the band started. The band started in late 80’s with one thing in mind, Good Dance Music. At the time all of the band members were baby boomers. We grew up playing all the great hits of that time and still do. We played in basements, bars, stadiums, playgrounds, neighborhood block parties, weddings,Championship parties, casinos, pool parties, political rallies you name it we played it. Since then members retired and the band evolved with younger musicians who appreciate the pop classics and introduced the band to the latest in dance music.  It’s fun and exciting for everyone. We’ll get you up dancing. And if you don’t you must be dead or you got no rhythm. Come on out and see and hear for yourself. If you love to dance you gotta see the John King Dance Band.
