John King's Dance Band is a great band for your event. Our music will energize your guests and " Get the Party Started" . We do a variety of Soul, Motown, Top 40, Classic Rock, R & B and some original songs. The band has 2 strong lead Vocals...John King and Alaina Nelson..... John on drums, Seth on sax, Chad on bass guitar, Jeff on Guitar. On Keys we have Mary or Dave. The band has entertained wedding guests at small intimate receptions in social halls as well as very large formal weddings at Country Clubs and Hotels in the Philadelphia, Reading, Lancaster & York area. We've have several events that are open to the public planned for summer of 2013. Check the "events" tab and come out and dance.

I never took the time to thank a wonderfull person and a great showman . The 1 person who let me be his drummer at a time when i didnt belive in myself. My time as a drummer with John I learned again to belive in myself and to watch a person who i always wanted to play with and ,now i had my chance. So I say Thank you John for being a friend . I was in the studio and i was listening to the song You Did Tifflentown and you can hear why you are so loved in Pa. Be good Rob Sullivan

Hi John just listened to the CD you gave me, that is awesome stuff I know if you get that out to the masses they will eat it up!! My kids even liked it. Thank you and Your wife for making Shiloh Willow and myself feel so welcome when we stopped by this afternoon, that is one of many things that I always admired about you, you never forget a face or a name and you always take time to stop and talk to whoever might want to share a few words with you. Never stop sharing your gift of music to the world, You know how to take people away from the stress of their hectic lives and let us unwind and relax. You have such a beautiful family!!!!
